2. Description of Service
Your Vegas Party Bus provides party bus rental services, including transportation to various venues within the Las Vegas area. Our services include a driver for the duration of the rental period, and may include additional amenities as specified at the time of booking.

3. Payment and Fees
Payment for services must be made in accordance with the terms stated at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. A deposit may be required to secure a booking. Full payment must be received before the service commencement.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund of any deposit made. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be given for no-shows or late arrivals.

5. Conduct
All passengers are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful of the property of Your Vegas Party Bus and any third parties involved. Inappropriate behavior may result in termination of transportation services without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability
Your Vegas Party Bus is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our services.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Vegas Party Bus from and against any claims, damages, expenses, and liability arising from your use of our service, including any violation of these terms.

8. Privacy Policy
Information collected from clients is used only to provide and improve service offerings. This information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased service requested.

9. Modification of Terms
Your Vegas Party Bus reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will not be retroactive, and the most current version of the terms will govern any dispute arising prior to the changes.

10. Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of or related to the services provided by Your Vegas Party Bus shall be adjudicated exclusively in the courts of Las Vegas, Nevada.
